• 375g unsalted butter 

• 375g cream cheese 

• 365g iceing sugar 

• vanilla extracts 

• 1-2 spoon lemon juice

Steps

3 layer cake:

1.Mix the fixings in a bowl 

2.Pre-heat the broiler to 170C 

3.Butter 3*23cm round cake dish 

4.Divide the combination between the cake skillet equally 

5.Bake them for 30 minutes 

6.Leave them to cool totally 

Icing (frosting): 


1.Beat the delicate margarine until feathery in a bowl 

2.Add the cream cheddar and blend them 

3.Add the remainder of the fixings gradually and blend them well
