A healthy favorite, terribly simple and super fast to make.
PREP TIME-15 minutes
COOK TIME-20 minutes
SERVES-1-2
INGREDIENTS
• Toast
• one ripe avocado
• 1-2 onions finely shredded
• 5-10 gram coriander finely shredded
• 1-4 tomato finely shredded.
• 1-2 lemon
• ten gram Tofu/vegan cheese
TO GARNISH (OPTIONAL) • a pair of cherry tomato
small greens
AS PER YOUR style
Lemon Juice (about 1 tsp)
A pinch of Salt and pepper
METHOD:
Cut the avocado Into halfs and scoop out the flesh
with a spoon into a bow Take a fork, smash the avocado until the consistency
you would like (smash less for a chunkier consistency) Add within the shredded
onion, tomato & coriander and blend well Into the smashed avocado with a
spoon (You also can add alternative finely shredded Ingredients of your
alternative like JalapeƱo) • Squeeze the Juice of a lemon and add this juice
into the mixture at the side of the salt and pepper
Take spoonfuls of your smashed avocado mixture and
little measure onto your toast.
• Crumble the tofu/vegan cheese & sprinkle it
over toast.
• To garnish (optional)
You may cut the cherry tomatoes into or quarters and
garnish the avocado toast. • end with barely of small greens Note:
You can unfold hummus over the toast before
spooning the avocado onto it.
