INGREDIENTS

Fresh cream a pair of tbsp. red wine 70 ml . Parmesan cheese thirty gm contemporary thyme to season Salt and pepper (as per taste). Parsley


METHOD


  • Heat the vegetable oil in an exceedingly pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion so the garlic.


  •  Add the combo mushrooms, thyme and seasoning and cook until mushrooms are soft.
